Default Trail blazing?

So as far as anyone knows, am I going to be the first USA turboed Miata, with an Adaptronic, at a track day? AutoX does not count, neither do otherwise stock MSMs

Yeah, I've auto x'ed mine. I won't get to a track day until June.

MSR is a cool track. Been tearing it up for years. It is a pretty good equalizer in that a lot of power does not bring huge advantages, at least for the bikes. It is also more technical than Texas World Speedway, but not nearly as fast. There are also some tricky corners depending on which direction it is running. For example, when running clockwise, 'Wagon Wheel' is a fast entry, blind entry (downhill), decreasing radius, way off-camber corner with a very late second apex.

MSR can be very slippery in the mornings when the track is cold or has dew. Once it warms up though, traction is great. It also has a lot of runoff in the corners so off-track excursions are not so bad. Hell I've crashed twice on my bike in the fastest corner on the track (Big Bend) and walked away both times.

Yep I am going to shoot some video for sure. I am working on the camera mount today and hope to test it out tomorrow. I finally found something useful to do with my old, beat-up windsurf boom
