Just gone VE on my 1.8 turbo (garrett T25, 320cc injectors, v9firm+v9software)
I've just converted to VE to try and improve on the previous map that was loaded onto my ecu just so I'm able to easily upgrade the injectors in the future for more power.
So far I went through the stages of converting the current MS map to VE and then using the conversion figures copied them accross into the VE fuel table so it keeps the same map but in % and not ms.... Was this the right thing to do? I assumed that the ms figures on the previous style map would translate to percentages on the VE map and adaptronic kindly worked that out when I clicked convert...
I've turned rapid learning on for just the fuel map at the moment as my ignition settings looked pretty good so have left that on closed loop.
