Default Install in a 92

So I made my harness and got almost everything ready. I still need to connect the VTPS, and UEGO (still using stock O2).

Setup:
Stock ignition
Injectors wired for sequential
GM IAT
No tps

I thought I'd test the harness to see if everything was ok, and for the most part it is. The IAT reads 0* I think this may be because its connected to the chassis ground instead of sensor ground (Link wiring).

I tried to fire it up using the base map and it cranks @ ~200rpm. It sounds like its missing. I have to get a timing light from my dad later tonight to see if its trigger the coils correctly.

Couple of questions:
Could not having a tps cause it to not run?
Thoughts on IAT ground..
What kind of vacuum should I see during cranking?

Default Almost started

I got the VTPS and the ground for the IAT fixed.

It almost started once. It got up to ~1400 rpm but then it died and wouldn't start again.

I tried adjusting the fuel and timing and that didn't seem to help. Any suggestions on what to check next?

Rafa,
Yeah I sent him an email with the same info. I just thought I'd post to see if anyone had any general ideas. I'm going to check the wiring again when I get home tonight.

I think so. At one point it got up to ~1400rpm. I don't think that can happen w/o spark. I just heard from Travis, apparently because I'm using a different MAP sensor I was giving it about 4x too much fuel . Hopefully the new fuel table he made will take care of it.

20 milliseconds at 1400 rpm is hardcore

I should of sent out 2 maps one for the 1 bar and one for 3 bar. If this MAP I made for Turboroach works I'll send that out to the NA guys who got a 3 Bar map.

I don't know what you are talking about. If I was pushing 1 bar at 1400rpm it would be spot on.

Default It Runs!

Sooo, it turns out that I had the coil triggers backwards. I swapped the plug wires and it fired up first try!

I think I still have a grounding issue. When I rev it the water temp changes and the airtemp value still doen't make sense.

The MAP sensor calibration isn't quite right so I need to calibrate that, but it runs!

I guess you didn't have spark!

I blew my coils trying to install an MS sometime ago.
