Default Smoothing out inputs

I have been chasing inconsistent AFRs since i first installed this EECU back in 2009. No matter how smooth i make the fuel map table, i still get AFR values that move in the range of .1 to 1.0 from their median value. While logging i notice that at steady state throttle and rpm (cruise) the RPM value is constantly wandering ~30rpm and the MAP will wander ~2-8kPa. These transitions are pretty quick. So the logging tool at ~9 updates per second is having a tough time showing these changes.

-Is there some sort of electronic filter i could apply to these inputs?
-What can be done to filter the pulses that the MAP sensor is seeing? Maybe a canister with cotton in it between the manifold and the sensor...
-I believe the RPM variation is due to a low resolution of the stock trigger wheel. Is there a better trigger wheel available?

There is a filtering option for map readings on the analogue calibrations tab and you can also filter temp inputs on that tab too, assuming you're using an up to date version of WARI and the firmware.
