EMS-4 Startup Help
I have attached my .cal that I have so far, I have spark, my fuel pump is priming and ready to go but it seems like the injectors aren't putting out fuel or enough fuel regardless of whats put into the fuel MAP. Or maybe that they aren't exactly firing when they should. Injectors have power and I checked the wiring so it should be good to go.
I have physically verified that I am getting spark by putting the spark plugs on the valve cover so I believe that the ECU should be syncing. I am pretty sure I must have missed something with the injector setup
Ignore the ugliness of the fuel map or ignition map as it hasn't left the cells around ~97kPa load so I just put some stuff in that area just to try and get it to fire up.
Setup is:
Bone Stock 1.6L (injectors are stock)
GM 3bar MAP
GM IAT
Trigger Disk inside stock CAS (12 tooth crank, 1 cam)
COP with 4ch Driver
I'm also a bit unfamiliar as to how I change my injector settings if I am not using an injector listed within the AEM software setup wizard, so this could be a possible issue.
If someone has a base map I could take a peek at that would be handy.
