For future reference
Spoiler material:
Bushing material: Delrin AF 2 1 Blend Rod 2" Dia Bar x 1ft 12" Acetal US Seller Free Shipping | eBay
Cheap spoiler idea, very basic: Hi-Kick Racing: Aero Mod: Rear Spoiler
There is an MR short shifter group buy going on locally that I am very interested in joining. Not sure I will be able to say no.
I also want 1.6 AWR motor mounts, but no way I can buy those new when I'll need them again for 1.8. May try and make some poly mounts myself.

Theory is great street car is bad and make me sad
Before I drive across country im just gonna unhook my hoses from my exhaust and point them at the ground and be done. tired of huffing burning exhaust gasses. No the damn ******* exhaust doesn't incinerate all the blowby. It's not a ******* combustion chamber dont treat it like one

wow. fae is in my thread. legendary. drive through oregon and show me your ****.
I don't have a street car. I kinda wish i did.
Slashcut is still up in the air. The way I'm going to route it will have the intake manifold providing flow below 100kpa, and the slashcut providing flow above.
Came home to an awesome suprise. Hailey cleaned the garage. She really is the best I love this house.
Landlord moved my air compressor to the side of the house and we drilled a hole in the wall for the hose. The air compressor is now a small rumble when it turns on.
Pulled my truck in and jacked it up (can you see why I love this house?)
Its been making some nasty noises for a while, and now I know why. This is one of 3 drive shaft u-joints. And the one that was the worst. The others were kind of loose too. The pinion is also loose. I'm going to pull the 3rd member and figure out why. The seal is trashed.
@Leafy, talked it over with sean and i think i'm going to stay delrin. Proven, working combo. And delrin will withstand lack of grease better than bronze bushing.
Also isn't bronze softer than delrin?

Hmmm very tempting. Thing is I want to make this easy on Sean. I'm doing no offset bushings. Just straight delrin.
Does anyone have measurements for delrin bushings all around?

I could never find dimensions when I searched, just people asking for them. One of the things I wanted to do when I did all my bushings in delrin is publish the dimensions for others to use.

Im positive the delrin doesn't flex enough for you to know the difference compared to aluminium/bronze. But I am curious which one wears better, that would be the deciding factor for me.

Anyone ever played with something like this?
Remote Lube Fitting Systems | Remote Grease Fitting | Grease Header Block
Grease fitting block. Put one at each wheel and grease all bearings with ease

I think youre making it harder than it is. I can hit all 15 or so zerks on my s10 in about 10 minutes. Setting that thing up and running all the lines would be a bitch. We have some of those manifolds on the automation equipment at work, and unless all the bearings or whatever wear equally, after a while the lube will just go to the bearing or bushing with the most wear and least resistance, leaving the rest dry.

Thought about this after I posted it. On hailey's jeep all the suspension points have zerks. But a few of them wont take any grease, or will only squirt grease out one side.
