The press in studs that look like wheel studs would be ideal. The McMaster ones are too small.
4 Genuine Polaris Wheels Studs 3 8 24x1 38" Press Fit 7518378 | eBay
These will work great. Only need this on the caliper ears.

McMaster didn't have those press in studs in the diameters we need.
3 8 ? 16 Captive Press in Wheel Stud Bolt 18 New | eBay
These will work and $1 a piece isn't bad. Should be able to get them at a local Polaris dealer too

Those last ones you linked will not fit. If the thing is recessed enough to not hit the rotor the splines will be in the wilwood, if it's not recessed that far, it'll be in the rotor.
I think we might be able to find something that will work, but it won't be as easy nor replaceable as the square bolt.
Then there's m10 studs, the wilwood I have measures a few thou shy of 10mm. Maybe it would fit?

7518378 STUD-3/8-24X1.38,PRESS FIT-Z $0.80
at 0.80, they aren't much more expensive than square bolts
