I'm pretty stoked. I'm going to put it where the stock water temp gauge was I hope. It has alarms, dimming settings, etc, etc.

Searched back through my thread and I found deezums saying that 1/8 NPT will fit in 1/8 BSP, I'm 90% sure but need to find a 100% source before I screw something into my aluminum head and **** it all up. We have all seen what I am capable of here.

Different thread pitches. Seems risky to me when adapters can be had.

The difference is only 1 thread per inch, I've fit 1/8 NPT to BSP on a few machine tools and it was enough to not leak way oil or coolant, can't recall exactly.

I'd order the adapter if you've got time to wait for it.

How the hell does something that is the same diameter fit in an adapter like that?

Edit: nvm realized that the threads don't go all the way down.

The threads are tapered, and I think that picture is incorrect. What you will get looks more like the drawing on the page linked, lot longer hex.

Nice little diff leak...hopefully its fixed now, first axle seal job.

Update to the list:

To-Do:

0. FIND OIL LEAK/BURN (So far so good.)
1. Inconel studs (RX-7 ordered, still need resbond but I think I am going to run without resbond for now because its a biatch to find)
2. Exhaust bracing. (Ordered a 3 inch exhaust clamp)
3. Locking downpipe bolts (Arrived)
4. Seats + Harness
4. Back braces (DIY)
5. Install new springs (550 Front, 350 rear)
6. Oil+water temp guages. (Going with a VEI systems gauge) Ordered
7. Helmet (Going to continue to run my open face helmet and wait for sa-2015)
8. Hardtop (Got one)
9. Put beads on intercooler pipes (Probably DIY: DIY $5 charge pipe bead roller - D-series.org, unless someone local knows somewhere to get it done cheap)
10. Find coolant leak. (risky to put this here but so far I haven't lost any coolant)
11. Find diff leak.
12. Heat Shielding. (master cylinder, brake lines)
13. Tune.
14. Manifold relief cuts
∞. Break stuff

Do you think you can check "break stuff" off the list yet? Maybe you should check it off, but add a few more entries of it just in case.

List changed, Break stuff is item number ∞, it will always happen. I rush too much and hit things too hard to not break anything.

I also need to do some ducting, thats a whole bunch more research I have to do. Hoping hi_im_sean or deezums does something cool because they have the same intercooler I do. Then I can just copy that.

Was hoping aidandj or deezums did it first because I am in the same boat lol. Definitely going to have to go with the 2.5 though.

Haha, its going to be last on my list. I don't think I'm a fast enough driver to need it with the reroute, and the lack of extreme temperatures up here. But its definitely in the back of my mind.

Speaking of dick jokes, I figured out what happened to your package.
I guess I overwhelmed the poor girl at the UPS store with the number and... flashiness of packages that I sent out. Yours got set to the side and forgotten about without a shipping label.
They made it right and are sending it out for delivery on Monday.

Edit: I just found out they dropped the ball on Girz0r's package as well. I may need to find a new shipper, but I truly hate Fedex.
