Default FUEL ISSUE? SPARK ISSUE? I HAVE NO CLUE

So I have replaced my outdated megasquirt2 ECU for a new one and have had it retuned. Originally I had 400cc injectors but they went bad for no apparent reason so I bought 650cc and the same day I got the injectors we were on the Dyno tuning the new ECU and injectors. So we were running like normal on 6psi and shut the car off and it just cranked. Then pulled a plug wire to test if it was getting spark and we could hear the current. Went to start the car right after I checked the wire and it started. So we went on running and now weeks later at a gas station I have the same issue. Turned the car off to get gas and just crank not even a stumble. So I towed it home and plugged in a noid light and fired up on three cylinders immediately. Plugged back in the injector wire and was on all four(took a rev or two but back on all four). So some days later probably a week I changed the coil pack and when I went to start it does the same thing, crank no stumble and I do the whole noid light thing and starts fine. Week later after being sick (cars been sitting for a week) on the way to school the car would drop in rpm and then come back. Went to park the car and the Miata dropped to 200rpm and I just shut it off. Cane back after school and the car started but on like 2 cylinders and ran like crap. So in the school Parking lot I rewired the injectors just to make sure and now it just cranks and no stumble. Towed it home and figured they must have been clogged because when I went to school I could hear it misfire every once in a while. So I changed the fuel filter to be sure, because I figured that would be a culprit of why it would be clogging. Haven't cleaned the injectors yet but before I did the filter I tried to start it and ran on like one cylinder. Checked plugs to see which ones are wet and 1-3 were dry and four was wet. So I put the filter in and noticed when priming the pump was not as loud. I figured this was because the filter was so clogged the pump was working harder. So I went to start it (not expecting it to start better because the inject have not been cleaned) and I has no life at all. Cranks but not even a stumble and all four injectors are wet. I am really at the end of my wits and don't know what to do. I checked the timing belt just to make sure something crazy didn't happen and it all looks fine and new. Also I did the hold the screw driver up the the injector trick to see if they were firing and they all sounded fine. Clicking like normal and consistently clicking. I need help this is my daily and I can't think of anything else
Also some quick info, between the new ECU and injectors and being sick the car has sat for a couple months. And if you think it's in the tune(which doesn't make sent to me) I will attach the file
