charlies turbo build

cheers for the comments.
Picked some stuff up from ceramic coating today. I had the manifold and rear housing done in flat black. Will post photos tomorrow
in other news, i tested the wheels and wing to see how it ties in. Camber in the rear is still too much for me. I am doing the bushings and diff over the weekend so ill get some offset bushes to put in. That should help

Update
So over the weekend ive got every thing done that i wanted to With a help of a mate we removed all the remaining control arms and the diff, and today i ran my new fuel lines
The fuel lines were a pain in the ****.. first getting the old lines out, and then trying to fit the new ones down behind the fuel tank :(. Got it done anyways but the hose that was provided is so long so i think i pulled it to tight and need to put a bit of slack in it or its just meant to be like that :P
So tomorrow im going down to drop off the diff and control arms to fit up the New Tomei trax 2 way and fit the bushings and ball joints
Anyways, heres some pics

That was finished later that week and i didnt really wanna waste time so i went out and bought a gazebo and put the motor back in the car in the rain lol :P

Got a mate to come round and do my cooler piping
IMG_4376 by charlie_2011, on Flickr
IMG_4373 by charlie_2011, on Flickr
Then it was off to the workshop to get the final things done like turbo lines and other misc stuff

Fast forward to the end of march and the car was getting ready to go off to get run in on the dyno.

That day came and went and i finally got it back after 6 months in the build. Now lets talk numbers. It made 200rwkw on 1 bar with no timing and a lot of fuel. So this was very conservative. The tuner brought it back down to 160ish rwkw on 8 psi to let me put more km's on it driving on the street.
The day i bought it back i gave it a good clean

So as of today. The car has been taken back to the workshop to get a check up after the 1000kms. There it will also get a new removable rear section for the street. I have a track day on the 2nd of may which im excited about and then after that its off to get re tuned and hopefully make around 210 rwkw
Now.. Some drive by vids
