I'm liking this build man, you've got great things going on in here. Let me know how the FIC 650s run for you if you put them in and tune before boosting. I'll be ordering the same very soon and am curious of any differences while still stock. What shall the exhaust setup be?

What did that new t28 cost you if you dont mind me asking?

Thanks for the comments man

Plan is to order a Enthuza 3" exhaust.

The turbo I bought from a member on Zilvia.net for $730 shipped. Which in my opinion is a great price. He might still have a couple of them

I haven't decided yet if I'm going to toss in the injectors/wideband and tune things before I put the turbo goodies on. Im thinking it might actually be possible to get the car to idle/run better than stock because the FIC injectors are a newer style (ev14) than the stockers.

Just got my blow of valve tonight in the mail. Was a little suprised to see its made by "Kayser" instead of bosch. But after a quick internet search it seems that Audi is using Kayser for thier BOVs now. Ive never heard of Kayser but Im not worried at all since this is an OEM BOV from Audi.

Finished collecting all the silicone couplers I think I will need. got them all from Treadstone. They seem decent so far. I will be putting them on in a manner allows me to not see the stupid logos when I open my hood

Got my dash pod today. Its made by Autometer for a 94-97 Mustang. Its setup for 2-1/16" gauges. It should fit well after taking a little plastic off it in the rear.

Thank you. Stock internals are the reason behind my 20psi gauge lol. If this turbo build goes well, a year from now I might build up a motor for it....we shall see

Well I installed the boost gauge a couple weeks ago. I went to put the dash pod on and realized it looks awful from outside the car. here is a picture of uglyness

So I just put it in the center vent. It looks great and was easy to install. Id swear by the way the gauge fits that mazda intended for people to rip the vents out and stick 2-1/16" gauges in them

Thanks for the Bosch BOV supplier link. I haven't been able to find one that cheap.

I got similar compressor inlet and outlet adapters for my t25 from CXRacing. Just curious if you used any sort of gasket or sealant when installing them?

your welcome. I did a little searching to find a cheap source for the BOV. Iam sort of on a budget here lol

The aluminum turbo inlet I bought has an O-ring. The steel turbo outlet flange I got will need a gasket. Haven't got around to ordering one yet.

I want to see how out 650cc FIC's compare. Similar setups, but you'll have a better turbo and MS2

Tax return was good to me this year. I changed gears for a little bit on the Turbo project and decided to upgrade from my koni/GC setup

Xida CS 600/350

After reading the horror stories of broken throttle shafts and motors eating the throttle plate screws I decided its not a bad Idea to try and protect myself if my TB shaft busts. used JB weld and scratched up the surfaces on the TB shaft/plate to give the JB something to grab on to

picked up a used set of Hard dog door bars off of craigslist. Got them installed last night and went for a drive. They make the car ride much nicer. The car just feels like its not a convertible at times now.I think it was hustler that said they make such a difference its like a change in sway bars, he wasnt kidding.
