I am just incredulous at the efficiency with which you DESTROYED that car's dignity. It's now merely a shell of its former self. The sharpie dicks have been drawn, humiliation felt. It's really unbelievable.

wow.... I wouldnt have gone any further than the second pic..... even with the stance-ness, and stickers blocking the view of the road.... I assume the stickers were the cause of all the dents that happened later? lol

Hundreds of NA-Ts making well over 700whp all over the internet. I've seen a touch over 900whp on a dyno in person on one, myself.

If you're blowing a 2jz of any kind in the 400-450whp range, then you need to learn how to not tune like ****.

Man, I'd love to have a super clean white NB2 like that.

If you wanted to ruin a miata, we could have traded cars so that I could have made a nice car nicer, and you could have made my shitty car...shittier

Everyone would have won...

All of you guys are giving him shi... he posted his 2j Miata in here instead of some "build thread" of someone buying a turbo kit from fm and putting it on a shelf.

OP, clean up the body when your done and paint it with something meant for the exterior of the car. 2jz Miata is neat.

thanks for the kind words ......

As far as all the hate goes i could care less the car wasn't all that clean yea it looked good but what you cant see from the pix is that the driver door and rear quarter were all bondo and that the rear of the car is shifted slightly forward from what ever wreck the old lady got in....

now for those that wanna see it i have some updates the motor and trans mount are done fuel setup is on its way and i added some strength back to the sub-frame

had to take some off the header to clear the body

Just a heads up I had a similar filter I was gonna run on my car it is really small. The filter I have now is rated for 800hp with fuel injection and it is 2.5"x5" body with a metal mesh filter.

Awesome. Have you got the rest of the drivetrain figured out? What rear are you running what transmission are you running. It's awesome to see it running!!

MAW motorsports.
Mark Williams.

I'm going to connect some dots and assume you "run your own shop"? Or is it like how every person who buys a DSLR at Costco is now a "photographer".

Regardless, if you DID own and run a shop, those welds are TERRIFYING, and i hope you don't charge people for that kind of work.
