Looking good so far dude

I'd love to get a harmonic damper like that some day. Any idea what the ETA is on the build or what kind of power you want to see?

Once again, I am so glad some one from this forum bought this setup.

Probably sounds stupid I don't really have a power goal... as much as possible?? lol

As for ETA, should be running this fall, I still have tons of other random stuff I will do once it's running though. Right now I've got everything I have ordered thus far. Just waiting on funds to pick up the other stuff on the list up there. I'm trying to find a builder in the TX area that I can trust.

Yea I had called him, we kind of had a plan made too. He told me to email him exactly what I wanted so I did. Well now 2 emails and 2 weeks later still nothing. I would expect a bit more contact than that if he is going to be playing with a two or so thousand dollars of mine. Sucks I live kind of out in the middle of nowhere, cause I could just stop in and be like, hey wtf. But I can't, so I need to find someone that isn't completely off the grid for two weeks or more until I can stop in at the shop or get a hold of them. Maybe I'm dreaming.

In case anyone was wondering a 1.8 Miata engine fits very easily in the back of a Honda Fit. I had my doubts... not that it would fit, but I'd be able to get the hoist far enough in there. Went very smooth. So I now have my 99 donor engine Let the fun begin.

Between Hustler and Johnwag you ought to be set as far as people in the area to go pester the builder.

Well still haven't heard back, and hasn't answered his phone either. I think I will be assembling the block myself. Just need to find a machine shop.

Keeping an eye on this build.

Wtf that is a lot of buildup on those pistons.

Cool, man! I'll be watching this thread intently (for a couple of reasons).

Can't wait to see what this thing will put down (our 800cc injectors).

...and I have a '99 10th, so this is relative to my personal interests.

Glad to have you guys watching. I feel an obligation to make this a great setup because of three parts:

First Tims Parallel TT setup.
Second the 800cc DWInjectors
Third gotpsi?'s super awesome intake manifold.

So hopefully I can live up to the expectations! A lot more parts ordered today.. Pics when they arrive.
