Shockproof Heavy is too thick for Miata transmissions. You would have to be VERY careful about warming it up before you beat on the car at all, or you would hammer the bearings and shafts.

maybe. maybe not. i compare myself to other people in my gym that are my height and weight. i am about 10% behind but that is probably due to all the time i spend fukking my bitch girlfriend and chillzing with strippers who aren't on the clock. im not sayign that is baller but the reality is that the trifecta is Exercise, Diet, Rest. I lack severely on the rest part.

i cant bench press shiz. i dont train that. i just do crossfit and mma stuff. my max deadlift is prolly around 390. not uber spectacular but about ballpark for slacktraining 5'11" 180lbs 15%BF. whee.

i think my max bench was a wuss bucket 280 or something. who cares. you train an exercise for months, you will do well at it. i train for general fitnesss. ogmz
