Yeah I know I technically shouldn't be running a reroute but it my works as is. I don't remember what head gasket I put on either so why bother changing it.

BTW I sent you a pm on forester forum. I need to compare my map with yours- my mpg is crap.

My sawzall is back in the garage so sure I'll put a couple scratches on the tranny. Will cut a notch or two in the car body for old time sake too

And yes it is stupid as that the stupid reroute was cockblocking the trans. That was A LOT of wasted labor and A LOT of frustration and sadness. I blame you BEGI, for making a reroute that either a) has to be removed to MOUNT THE TRANS or b) trans has to be GROUND DOWN. I thought that BEGI had wasted enough days of my life when they repeatedly shipped me the wrong parts with my turbo kit. Other than my IC and pipes this is the last BEGI thing in my car. Figures it had to give me a final You stick in the eye. This was the dumbest and worst hold up I ever had while working on my car. NOTHING else gave me so much trouble.

Send me your map and I'll check it out.
Closed loop fueling on our cars is same (unless you are retarded and changed yours LOL), and our injectors are different, so you wont be able to do jack with my map. What you need to do is scale your mass airflow table properly and set up your cl/ol delay/switch for maximum fuel efficiency. This is all stuff that is custom tailored to each car individually via lots of logging and a wideband, so again: my map wont help you.

PM me here and I'll give you my email to send map to.

Only you Fae...only you. Seriously, you put the reroute on, so I can only assume that you did the mod to the original transmission right? You also tell me that you don't remember which head gasket you put on??? Fae, attention to detail is key buddy. You need to start a build diary on the car detailing everything you have modified and the part used, it would be a good reference point for you since you can't recall the parts used or modifications made to allow said parts to fit. Just an idea.

Will give you a hall pass on that one, but not on the head gasket, you should know what is in the engine.

I really hope you don't try to use the sawzall to be funny. A grinder and 10 minutes is all it'd take to clearance the new trans.
