A guy named Rauf. Super cool dude. His is a 1.6 with a cast FM manifold and a Curbo.

My color combo is very similar to yours, Rauf. Limelight w/ Emerald Ice powdercoat on the frame and Deep Blue bodywork.

Argon and Stargon and Oxygen will make my girlfriends honda go faster right?!?

The flange from ATP was not flat (about 0.075 out), so I fixed it.

And you know, some other pictures...

I think I'll likely end up with a booster delete for exhaust clearance. It would probably be fine if I was running a center exhaust, but it needs to turn toward the drivers side for the side exit pipe, so it's even closer to brake master cylinder. I foresee downpipe wrap in my future....

First off,

Second, you need a heat shield there IMO

Third, that's a gt2554r right? if so, your torque is gonna be delicious

Fourth,

That thing is going to spool like crazy.

Also, LOL@ATP. I can't wait to see what you come up with for a downpipe, are you still dead set on using that sidepipe "muffler" thing?

Trackspeed manifold -> gt2554r -> some 3" mandrel bends down to the outside of the drivers foot (trying to use 45*'s only) -> burns stainless transition from 3" to 2.5" -> 2.5" straight through "muffler" (basically a bike muffler/resonator) -> 2.5" pipe for about 1.5' to just in front of the drivers rear tire.
Should be good I fully expect boost creep from hell though.

As long as it can keep it's head below 12ish psi, me and the boost cheep will be friends...

I don't think you understand exactly how short this exhaust is going to be. The 2.5 is not going to be any sort of restriction

Also, the 3 -> 2.5 transition is a beautifuly smooth Burns conical, not some FLAPS pipe expansion transition. Its not going to be an issue.

Restriction is restriction.
