Gonna revamp my Bilstein setup after talking with hhammerly on Saturday.

Put my hardtop on. Dat color combo.

Hhammerly cutting new circlip grooves on my Bilsteins because he's the man.

You should trade hardtops with me. I've got a red car with a merlot top on it and it looks equally as hideous.

That'd be cool if my car was Merlot.

close enough. The slight color mismatch would be even better for your car.

Fun fact: I've only ever blown up one motor in my life.

It was a KL. You can actually see it in one of the above pictures.

But please, subscribe away. I'm going to have fun with this.

Maybe this car will chill me out enough that i'll get back to KL things slowly instead of letting the race car rot in my garage.

El Skunko Dos. What size hose goes over it ? I bought one, too, but haven't chased down the silicone elbow coupler.

2.5 if you push real hard or use a bit o' lube, though 2.75 is much more comfortable. My FM 16,000 ply 2.5 silicone elbow is a challenge to get on there, lower quality el cheapo elbows are much less of a struggle.

Picasa wasn't working on my work network. Suck it!

Thanks for the loctite tip. Will do!

Lucky for me, i haven't decided on an intake yet. Not sure if i take the K&N Typhoon route for now, or i try to do some pimp cold side ****.

Are you doing a "whammy engine" for this thing?

Maybe eventually. First stage will be pretty mild and retain stock bottom end until it blows. Think what Quinn did, but with stock cams.

I think you and i have similar goals.

My engine back in it's prime probably wasn't too far off 140-145rwhp on a egojet(made 134 on a dynapack). That's with a "stock" ECU, so my power-band isn't nearly as flat as it would be with a MS3 or something similar. I think I can ruffle some feathers in TTE with my current setup, regionally at least.

Mine doesn't feel too far off what yours was doing last year, but i think the 6spd is making it feel faster than it really is.

Well yes.... but i can vouch that it's faster than our blue Cherokee, which had no problems ghettostomping Old Red.

I would LOVE a 4.875 OSGiken. It would be the **** for the mountains and obviously good for the majority of tracks. Though, it would suck for autox. I'd definitely be going between 2nd and 3rd quite often. Similar to a STR S2K on an odd course..... except I wouldn't have the extra power to make up for the lost time of shifting >.<

I may move to a 4.10 eventually, but i refuse to give up this 6spd (though... i could probably almost zero out the car purchase if i swapped to my spare 5spd), since it's one of the "rare" ones that shifts awesome.

Anyways, got two things in yesterday that will surely ruin the car forever.
