Not sure how that's work intensive tho.

You literally make a tiny incision with a razor blade around the lid and screws, and voila. 10 minutes? tops

...Actually, that's a really ******* good way to do it if you can locate the lid and screws.

I was planning on razor blading around the general area of the lid and just pull the SOB stuff up, as I'm not certain about accurately locating the lid like that.

Tiny bit of progress today since I had a couple hours to waste.

Got the VC and IM bead blasted. They look brand new. I'm gonna clear them with VHT too keep em looking this clean always.

And today I finally started installing the MS

I thought about that airbag MS setup for my new car! Crazy, how hard was it to route the harness there?

I opted for an ultra long harness, and it was surprisingly easy to route, and looks like it will be super clean and simple to work with.

I love that I can now simply unplug the stock ecu, and plug the harness in. If my tuning is failaids or something happens, all I do is unplug and plug and I'm back on stock ecu and ready to drive to work/etc. Literally a 30 second process.

I'm keeping everything else stock until the MS is dialed in well enough to run the car without issues and start/drive perfectly. Then adding injectors and pump, then.......

I literally had the thought " Scott and Matt are gonna give me a hard time about these pics" when uploading them.

Its the guys style. Most people rave about his photography. You seem to hate nothing more lol

There was another guy snapping a bunch of pics too, a buddy of mine actually, I'll check his Flickr account and upload those too when I get home.

I'm about 2 hours from SF.

Also I'll upload a couple vids of me racing a n/a 2.5 modded Impreza and bolt on MSM I was shocked at the outcomes on both races

Appyling fake HDR to snap shots is like the hellaflush-hardparking of photography.

I take what I can get and am happy

I like the effect when you take a photo and make it look strange, stupid, and unreal!

I mean, that's a nice snapshot (although the compesitin needs work; e.g., the front of the car is too close ot the leading edge) At least he didn't go hog-wild with post-processing to make it look like ***.

I'll take that same shot and demonstrate what he did with yours.
