Ok here is what I used to ditch my head unit.
Millennia MIL-BTREC bluetooth adapter
PAC LC1 volume control
I wired the BT adapter up to the Scosche adapter harness you already have and mounted it inside the dash to keep the range nice and short. Red wire takes switched 12v from the harness and a remote turn on lead for the amp. Black to ground.
I ran a short set of USB cables under the center console and mounted the remote gain **** in the center console. A longer set of USBs went all the way back to the amp that I had mounted in the trunk well of my NA.
Speaker wires were run up under the dash and spliced into the same Scosche harness. The Bose set up might be different, maybe it has a 2nd speaker harness separate from the deck harness? Since mine is an M Edition it had something weird like that IIRC.
Sound quality was great and I could throw my phone in the cupholder and adjust the volume from there. The only issue I ran into was occasionally sync issues with my iPhone where I would have to manually connect the bluetooth.
If I had to do it again I the only thing I would change is using a 4 channel amp and in an active set up using the crossovers to control the tweets and mids separately.

Thanks for the input, now I've got more options
On another note:
rough-wired in the AEM today and took the car around the block a few times. even on the base map that I did really crude adjustments to basically make sure it doesn't blow up, and around 10psi, the car feels so much better-er-er-er
Tomorrow I will take the time to actually wire in everything and start PROPERLY tuning this thing.
Keeping it on stock injectors and pump gas for now, just to see what a properly tuned 200whp feels like and perhaps feel out the real limits of the 265 injectors hehe

So today I dropped in FM MSM specific 2.5" exhaust - instant 2psi increase over stock without touching the boost controller. I was impressed.
Started tuning the car, it's getting to be properly fun now
Still struggling with the AIT2 calibration, really hoping DIYautotune will help out in the other thread.

at 12psi, with decent temps this morning, it was JUST starting to feel really good. at the same time, I could not keep AFR's below 12.2-12.4 past 5500 in 4th/5th. Kept upping the fuel cells and nothing happened.
I was veal tuning so didn't get a log, but I'm sure injectors are tapped out. Backed the MBC down a bunch for now.
I guess ID725's are going in this weekend
Time to start working on the injector harness

Ok, first the good part, and then the hilarious part
The good part: backed it down to 9.5psi and now I can at least control the fuel at full boost til redline lol. I'm running it just a little fat (ca 91oct, need I say more?), but timing up top is not too conservative, I figured since it's dropping boost I'll prop it up a bit with timing. It hits a peak of 9.5psi at around 4 and then tapers down to about 8.4psi at redline
Here is the result:
Same exact road I dyno'd the 01 on, running MS3x + e85 + 3" exhaust, when it put down 122/117.
So pretty happy with it overall, the tune is still rough, but the car overall drives great and once I figured out the wideband mumbo jumbo and the proper AIT2 calibration things have more or less went smooth.
Now the hilarious part:
DAT INJECTOR DUTY CYCLE DOE
I shudder to think how high it must have pegged the other day when I was testing 12psi and it kept leaning out no matter what. Musta been in the 150-160% range haha

welp, the car is an absolute pleasure to drive now, really happy and really hoping it stays as smooth and awesome as it was on my drive home yesterday and drive to work this morning.
2 things I still gotta iron out: startup and AE
1) Startup is not bad or rough, but definitely takes at least twice as long to fire up as stock. I even tried "batch fire mode on startup" and while that helped, it still isn't OEM-Like.
2) AE is just slightly too aggressive. When I stab the throttle hard, it tends to dip quite a bit, and sometimes I feel like it pulls fuel a little quick when cruising at low throttle and letting off.
I'm gonna start on the injector harness soon, but honestly enjoying the car so much as is that I'm not terribly motivated to do that asap.
So yeah, for once I'm actually just enjoying what I have instead of non stop building
