An update would be nice, but Abe has been busy. Still waiting.

so looking at your build list I'm confused.

All that work (vvt, MS, ARTech,800CC injectors, intake manifold etc) for a 2560?

that seems really small for the supporting mods you have done to the car (insert "instant spool" bs here)

Having a setup that looks maximized for high power/boost levels but running a peashooter turbo just doesn't make sense to me. Englighten?

It is a stock motor. Anything more then a 2560 right now will mean it goes boom. Rods really are the limiting factor in this build right now/

On a miata it will top out right around 300hp at the wheels at around 16-19psi. After Nagase motor gets build I believe the plan is to swap to a EFR 6568 or something bigger.

I’m doing exactly the same. Stock motor, same ARTech manifold, 3” piping, used 2560 and later upgrade to EFR or GTX garret.

The BIG thing here is that the wiring is mostly done. That's what's been holding me back.

I'm honestly afraid of wiring, and been depending on people. :/ I don't like either.

Header is coated, I've got all sorts of bolts and nuts and studs... planning on a startup next week!

(could have gotten this all done in a week if not for the wiring, sigh...and waiting forever on BEGI to port my turbo)

And the IM needs the throttle bracket rewelded about 3" closer, pick up an exhaust manifold gasket, finish wiring, see if it runs. Anticipation!

I have made my car... fuzzy!

But really, just cleaned some things up, put on exhaust manifold (can't tighten one bolt without the PS/idler pulley taken off).

Intake manifold is getting rewelded, hopefully a running tomorrow!

Oh yeah. What the heck to do with that radiator hose. It won't bolt up to this manifold.

Left to start:

Plug in IAT (lost it?)
Get IAC gasket, plug it in
Finish wiring (people who were supposed to help me bailed)
Install battery
Try and start car
