It's high detergent, high zinc, less shear strength. I experienced some bearing wear at 8,000 on 2 diff motors running T6. With castrol I ran to 8,800 and no bearing wear. FYI.

$19.99 a gallon at NAPA. Grab one of their NAPA Gold filters (Made by Wix) while you're there and you're good to go.

I hope you bought the T6 in the blue bottle and not the T in the white bottle

Though you can put the T in your 360FE. I used to use Delo 400 in all the heavy equipment I serviced working for the Boy Scouts, its good stuff too.

Haha that is a very valid concern. Although I did get the blue bottle.

Leafy knows more about oil than I do, but there's something like shear strength (they use a different word) for oils, and castrol is much better that T6 in this regard. Thus why it worked better at keeping my bearings happy at high RPMs. It's basically how many PSI of pressure it takes to squeeze the oil out between the metals. Higher number is more protection. Castrol GTX is very good in this regard.

What window vents did you go with? I want these for sure. The Miata gets hot without carpet or a blower in the car.

I use the white **** in the MX6. #YOLO.

And Delo 400, actually. Whichever is cheaper at the time. That's my cold weather oil. Summer gets some 20w-50.

I'm using some snapvents. If I were to do it again I would go with the advanced auto snap vents. Lexan, and really cheap. like 55 for 2.
