How the F did you do that? You seriously must be working in a third world garage or right off the street.
Are you sure there isn't any crap sitting behind the pulley? I'd expect that or a loose bolt before a bent shaft.

More good advice. Sometimes it takes a fresh set of brains or hands on your project so you can get some perspective. This is why I try to work with Gesso, he keeps me sane. No homo.
