BTW, max power for my car is 148whp. Not bad for an OEM VVT car with a conservative, 91-octane tune.

Would you mind sharing your AFR and ignition table?

I'm not sure, lol. It looks to be about 3* short of where my daily is but I had to change the CKP trigger to read rising edge and then my timing light broke so there is a +-2* window for what the real table is.

John and I gangbanged the car today for just over two hours. The tires are ****, but I still managed to run the SM record to the tenth; slap on SM6 and there will easily be three seconds in this car. The diff is too tight, I'm going to pull 3-4 springs out of it over the summer. The shocks are ridiculous and he 800/500 springs are awesome. I spent most of the day going softer and softer on the shocks when I should have gone harder with rebound, but in my defense it's really hard to dial-in a car with garbage rubber that's like 2-years old with at least 7 long days on them, easily two hours per day or more. Once I got the car dialed, it was easy as hell to wheel and super fast on the brakes.

If 949 can get my wheels to me by 4/18, I might have to get a set of SM6...but I'll probably just run my old-*** Contis because only four people are signing up in D and I'm not running money rubber if there's nothing to win.

145whp Miata with the 949 Big Grip kit, NT-01s, and a balance/alignment is the most fun I've had in a car yet.

This is a winning post. Glad everything came together for you.

Keep this thing like it is, reliable and fun and you may start enjoying life again. Maybe you'll even start having regular BMs.

Awesome, I found a junkyard VVT motor for $400, once I'm ready to swap I'm offering OP a 12-pack of Zima and jolly ranchers and a first class ticket to finest gay dance club in Tulsa to come tune it.

Sounds like a Honda now with my single-cam VTAKz. I was thoroughly disappointed by the lack of bumper melting fire when John drove it.

The first 3 sessions were so nasty on suspension settings that I couldn't keep the car straight through 11. On the last session I was breathing to set the car into #4, basically not lifting down the hill...which was totally bauce. It's pretty lawl to get inside and make leading cars freak out, lol.

My point exactly; it's the American dream.

I see you got it tracking again. Glad to see it.

Oddly enough, your paint scheme (wheels and all) is very similar to my Jeep.

I don't have a camera. Any good GS3 tripod style mounts? I have a roll-bar mount, but no adapter to fit my phone.
