I think thats seriously one of the cleanest COPs brackets I've seen on a BP to date. Please tell me it's not just a fancy cover?

UPDATE!!!!!!

Car's on dyno now, they're tuning still but so far revving to 7,000 RPM made 365 whp on a Mustang Dyno off the wastegate spring only roughly 16 pounds of boost with the power still rising. The tuner said 8,200-8,500 should be about where the power will drop off. He's estimating 375-ish whp off the wastegate, 550 whp with higher boost levels, the turbo is limiting factor.

Will post videos/dyno sheets once I get them.

ROD KNOCK! Awesome, bearing clearances too tight.

NEVER ENDS, but it just made 375 whp @ 7,500 RPM off wastegate spring.

Sounds like 1.6 problems. When you decide to be a man and upgrade to a 1.8 engine. I have just the turbo and setup for you to use. Only lightly used to beat up super cars, and has a massive 4" exhaust.
