CHRA and inconel manifold studs should be safety wired.

Who made that manifold? You better put an air filter on there. I know of 2-people who wish they used a filter rather than the horn.

Also, hit that manifold with a wire wheel before you put any heat on it. It will have a cool brownish-bronze sheen like the top of my manifold, not the rough gray on the bottom (I cleaned both sides before heat, fyi).

We'll see. Im not doing any hard track days with this car. MAYBE an autox here and there but thats it. The NA im getting will be relegated to the track and have all of what you mention done to it.

MY buddy Rick made it. Theres and air filter on there now. I only drove 3 days with that velocity stack on and besides, I have a new turbo to put on.

That manifold has been done and driven on for the past 4-5 months now. Its schedule 10 SS thick walled shat. Its going to get wire wheeled when it comes off and prepped proper for then its put back on.

I recommend you brace it then. Vibration will kill the thin walled piping.

Its not thin piping at all but Im most likely going to do something about bracing once the bigger turbo goes on.

had a super busy weekend as levnubhin and i took the engine out of the car on friday night:

The engine itself only has 48k miles on it so it looked like NEW inside

I finished painting my headlight housings flat black which i think looks way pimp now

On Saturday I completely disassembled the engine in order to send off the parts that were needed for sebastien to finish my engine. I labeled everything so I was easier to put everything back together

I have to buy a new oil feel line for the turbo, new belts, and fluids and then once i get the engine back, I should be ready to rock n roll by this
