Bearing fail. Why does this happen? Every time I've taken my trans out the pilot bearing has come out in pieces.

Haha, pretty much. Jared and I had a good laugh when I drained my trans. As soon as I pulled the drain plug a HUGE chunk of metal shavings plopped out. Like the size of those little bouncy *****.

ITs was more like rocks that just fell out. You gotta dig through that oil and find the chunks. Im also dying to open up that tranny and see the carnage
