Do you think 2 90's would restrict flow? I don't know if it's better the restrict the air flow or suck hot air.

I was also thinking about putting a duct hose from the naca duct into the filter

I had my filter in the exact same location at first. moved it to behind the the headlight and my IAT's went down by 12-15 degrees, pretty much only gos over ambient by 2-4 degrees. I think its worth relocating it. just my .02. great setup though. looks ******* sexy, wish i had a bottom mount =/

in fluid dynamics class a 90 degree elbow essentially reduces the pipe diameter to half of what it currently is. this is a general rule depending on a quite a few variables (correct me if im wrong current students)

but i would do that before sucking in hot air.

if you did it properly you could do your current setup with 2 45's
