They are twice as expensive because they are currently hand assembled from what I understand. I was researching them myself and that was the answer I was finding. It sounded like a negative feedback loop. They are hand assembled because there isn't enough demand. However, there is little demand because they are crazy expensive due to being hand assembled.

I almost wish I could find someone trustworthy enough to just pay to build my wire harness, tune the car, and call it a day.

As for injectors, yes, 1300cc are pretty much double the cost of 1000cc. And 2000cc are just slightly more than that

Great build so far, glad I checked this thread out!

I'm at the point Vlad is at. I just want to enjoy my car. Sure I bought some more " crack" while I'm rebuilding my head, but it is just so I don't have to worry about **** anymore. Take it to the tuner, pick it up, drive. I know something will break, but that is going to happen

Well I'm not going to be the guinea pig. ID1300 are lolexpensive and 2000s are way WAY more fuel than I'll ever need. I'll be fine with the ID1000s
Remember I'm not creative or innovative. Everything in this thread is derivative. Tons of examples of ID1000 configurations I can copy
