Default Twails Turbo Build

For the last 6 months or so, I've been researching and collecting parts to turbo my 91 1600.
And at long last I think I might have actually got all the parts together. But I'm sure I've forgotten one or two things.

But anyways, the spec for it so far is;

Megasquirt pnp, in and running.
550cc RX7 injectors, in and running.
Lc-1 Wideband, in and running.

Garreth T25 from an s13
Cast manifold, with t25 flange welded on.
Gizzmo boost controller
Intercooler + piping
I even went and bought a little laptop for in car tuning.

I'll put up some pics as I go along. Hope to get started at it this week.

Here's the car in question. Not to the style that would be universally accepted on here, but in Ireland, this is what were at!

Sounds like a good parts list for a build!

If you run 200 hp you will need a new clutch too.

What clutch and diff are you planning on running?

Hustler is lol'ing because the majority of us use boost controllers under 40 bucks and they work flawlessly.

Planning on running an excedy stage 2 at the moment, seems to be what i need.
And i wanted a electronic boost controller so i can have hi low boost settings easily at hand!
As for the diff, I`ll be using a 1.8 one I`d imagine.

You can do it with a MBC and EBC easy. I did that for a while, even now I can go from wastegate to EBC. but the code for EBC in MS1 is open loop only, so it's not great.

With the flip of the switch, here are my two levels of power:

I can always sell on the boost controller anyways.
I also have a cheapo manual one there too, so i could use that.

I`m not worrying too much on the smaller details like boost control anyways!
I want to actually get everything bolted on first!

Looks like a good list o things. I'd recommend a 94+ rear end (and associated parts) if you already haven't done it.

Ordered my clutch at long last, which I think was the last excuse I had not start this.

Its also going off next week to have the cage built.
