Default R808's Build: 2000/Shanghai 2854/DIYPNP

I just wanted to start a build thread. No pictures yet, but my parts collection is getting to the point where it may actually happen in the next few months. I've been collecting turbo parts since 2007.

Goal: Spirited street driving on occasional light-traffic mornings while I commute to my job at the hair dressers, somewhere between 180-230 RWHP at around 8-10 PSI.

Collected parts:
-Chinese journal bearing 2854 turbo as sold by Begi
-Begi log manifold and non-stainless downpipe.
-eBay tube & fin aluminum intercooler (26.5” x 5.5” x 2.5” IIRC)
-RX7 460cc and 550cc injectors
-Innovate LC1 and analog DB-1
-DIYPNP standalone (ordering shortly)

I've started putting the DIYPNP together. I ended up going with the Weller WES51 soldering station:

There aren't enough close up photos of DIYPNP boards out there so I'm throwing a few on the forum:

Done for today:
