With the help of Vlad we got the thing running. Had some hiccups during tuning, so we didn't really get a lot accomplished. But it runs it drives, I've put about 300 miles on it so far. This is just a quick couple of shots to show the end product. I still need to wet sand and buff the car and order things like new hardtop seals, belt line seals, and a few other little things. BUT IT DRIVES!!! And getting into boost is a grand ole time. I'll get some quality pictures up soon. Heading up to Vlad in a week or so to finish tuning.
The seat Vlad had to ride in
This is the most recent engine bay shot, it's from a week ago or so. I will get the car back up on jackstands, go over everything once more. Then I will take all sorts of pictures.

From the passenger seat and looking full time at the laptop in front of me, it felt......interesting
lol
This thing is LOUD. I know I've said it before, but I'll say it again 100 times: it wakes the dead.
Its also about as comfortable as being fisted by hustler. Because RACE CAR!!
The turbo is HUGE. It hits 13psi by 4800 LOL
It is very fun though. The tires DEAD HOOK, I was seriously surprised when he launched it and it bogged out in 1st gear. R888's don't mess around.
Once its past 5 grand it pulls without even a hint of stopping all the way to the limiter (7100).
So yeah.
Ryan is crazy and managed to get into a street race with some camaro and 2 hondas during the tune
We also woke the dead all morning and afternoon.
The car still has wiring/electrical issues. Even with GM cops it won't go past 13psi without blow-out. The aftermarket TPS is wonky and it runs 100% better with it disconnected. So he's gonna have to troubleshoot those issues and come back so we can run ALLOFIT like we've planned from the start

LOL
I gashed my thumb on something getting in it, and was bleeding while tuning too, so that made it even more fun.
Oh and literally everything is hardmounted, so at about 3500 you can literally "feel" the engine harmonics through your body
But despite all the craziness, I actually can't wait to re-tune this thing on ALLOFIT and see how it goes.

lol the replies are priceless. I swapped to some Toyota COPs and turned it up to 18 psi. So far no issues. Just past 1600 miles and no real issues. Having a Miata that does 2 gear rolling burnouts is fantastic. I've beat a few cars so far, nothing too crazy. The one that shocked me the most was a 6 liter GTO, he pulled a few cars out of the hole but once I hooked and started building boost it was bah bye! Here are some pictures, just playing around with the camera and my girlfriend took a few pictures. My muffler showed up today and piping will be here tomorrow. So I will finish up the exhaust and head back to Vlads to really crank this thing up.
