Soo it's closed loop feedback that's making the changes?
I'm scared to run closed loop at WOT. I did it once and got something similar to your spikes but more violent, fortunately I let off before any damage.

I really think it has to do with how the 4 fuel cells that it is passing through at those points are tuned. Right now they are really rough and that is causing it to go slightly lean. Below is what my fuel table currently looks like. The 4 boxes that are grey are where it is when those spikes occure. I think the one that has 177 in it just needs a little bit more fuel.
I was also AutoTuning with VEAL on during this time.

I have found that filtering only applies to the MAP value but not for the mapdot, wich triggers the enrichments when they are MAP based. Unless this was fixed in MS3, the quickest way to fix the problem is using a small fuel filter to damp the fast changes in MAP signal.

Spool on the ChinaCharger is definitely a little slower then I would like. In a 4th gear pull in my 6speed I have 100kpa at 2800rpms and get to 200kpa at 5800rpms. It makes me a little sad. But damn does it still pull. I do not have VVT up and running yet so hopefully when I get that setup it helps the spool out a good bit.
I don't know wtf is up with that churbo of yours, but something aint right
