Oh well. They really should do it for the smaller turbine wheel. It wouldn't be hard...just don't machine the hole as big. :(

I suppose there is less demand for those... oh well. If my welds crack I'll go figure out which turbo to pick. In the meanwhile, you, BEGI, FM and others can bring COTS v-band manifolds to the Miata world.

If you're spending the money for v-banding, then why not just grab up the smallest turbo you can with v-bands...the tater.

that's with my ~1.9, low compression, leaky manifold/head flange, leaky manifold/turbo flange, a cast manifold, and the .86 AR turbine that everyone on this forum still thinks is too big. I think Tim's manifold is short enough that it won't hurt spool much if not make it better. I'll let you know when I get it on in about three weeks.

You're on a 99 head so that helps spool. I can find exactly 1 head and 0 intake manifolds in the entire county. Searching ebay.de now...
