1990 Mazda Miata - $6000

I have a 1990 Mazda Miata for sale, in USA - Connecticut.
Mileage: 110000 miles
Asking price is $6000
I have a 1990 turbo miata. Runs really well, with a t3 setup I pieced together. Conservatively estimated @ ~190-200hp at 8psi. Never been on the dyno, but many 10's of hours have been spent street tuning.
~110k on the body/motor
Paint isn't the best (pictures make it look better), rust bubbles on the rear quarters (typical in new england).
Exhaust rattles a bit when cold on deceleration.

Just did the timing belt and water pump in OCT. New tierods, new front/rear main seal. All fluids changed - trans/oil/diff/coolant. Clean title.
No joy rides, No tire kickers, price is firm. I'm just trying to recoup some of my investment so i can move on to another project. If I can't get close to my asking price, i'll just keep going with the car - I love it, but i'm always open to new projects.
Cash is king, but some trades considered: 240sx, 240z, subarus, crx, ae86, datsuns, corollas, anything pre-1979 in good shape, cars/trucks bagged air ride - possibly interested in other hondas - but they have to be extremely clean.
