1992 Mariner Blue Turbo Miata Flyin Miata 1.6L project.
This is a project that I drove with no issues for 7k while I upgraded the suspension, steering, braking system. The engine was built by Flying Miata (previously known as The Dealer Alternative as seen on the receipt in 2009). It was driven ~2k by the PO (who was in the military, so he did not have a chance to drive it much) over the next few years without any issues. I drove it another ~5k until I was driving around town and stopped at a gas station and it would not restart, the timing belt skipped so I planned on doing the belt. While preparing to do the belt, I decided to rehaul the car - the turbo was too large for my liking so I have parted out the Full Race kit and invested in a ARtech turbo kit. I wasn't going to cut any corners so I have a lot of quality parts on this car or intended for the car. Unfortunately, I bought several other cars during this time which took project priority. I am moving and can't take this car with me .
If you have more time than money and wrenching skills and want to part the car for me, I'd love to keep the steering, suspension/stiffening components, brakes, and rear end- we could work something out possibly for you to keep the Engine, Trans, Shell
Car as-is alone: $4000
I understand that this may seem high, although the suspension components, Billet diff, brakes, are all high dollar parts - not even considering the engine build. Some components could be removed if desired to lower the price.
Body ~150k, has some quarter panel rust that was bubbling through, I poked around to see the extent of it and bought inner and outer replacement panels which I could include in sale.

(Build was upwards of $6000 - receipt does not reflect the Pauter rods and ARP studs as they were provided by the customer, previous owner put 2k on it, I put 6k on it with no issues.)
