Default 1999 bmw m3 - $$7000

Name: Bryan
Selling: 1999 BMW M3
Asking price is $8500
Location (City, State): SOUTH PORTLAND, MAINE
Means of Contact: 207-522-8872

Mileage: 128XXX miles
Engine Size: 3.2L
Status: Rebuilt Title

Mods: Racing Dynamics strut tower brace, M50 intake swap, 540i Maf, Headers, Active Autowerkes Gen 2 Catback, 11lb flywheel, ACT Stage 2 clutch, evosport underdrive pulleys, fan delete, ac belt removed, TRM tune, ISC Coilovers with bimmerworld rates, 15mm front spacers with extended lugs, 5mm rear with extended lugs.

Within the last 600 miles I have replaced: control arms, control arm bushings (delrin), tie rods, brake rotors (4), brake pads with PFC Z-Rated (4), stainless brake lines, ATE super blue brake fluid, coilovers, wheels spacers with extended lugs, 17X9 DForce LTW5 wheels, 255/40/17 Z1 Star Specs square I have receipts for everything done recently except the wheels and tires..can't find that one I also have sway bar end links, but was sent the wrong ones and haven't exchanged them yet.

Can also come with 4 OEM Contour Wheels black and orange - I have 1 spare non OEM knockoff contour.

The bad: The rear passenger quarter panel appears to be the reason for the rebuilt title. There is a very slight dent in the radiator support bracket (very minor, I'll take exact pictures if anyone wants). Both front fenders have damage from children on scooters (scratches). PS Leak from one of the hose fittings - Rubber hose $35 Power Steering Hose - Fluid Reservoir to Pump

Also, the pads are noisy. If this bothers you, swap in some OEM pads. The driver's side seat heater does not work - I have never checked the connection. One fog light does not work, I don't use them. Just passed inspection this month. Trying to think of anything else, not coming up with anything at the moment.

Pictures are here: 1999 BMW M3 - Imgur

On the dyno it made 239whp/232ft-lbs on its best run

funny i was just mentioned this body style M3 to my wife (who is from Maine). Does the OBDI conversion mean it would fail an inspection in a state that requires OBDII feed back?

It will only fail inspection if they know what they are looking for in the engine bay, and if they plug in for OBD2. I have no worries about getting it inspected, because nobody I take it to would require me to plug in the car, provided there is no check engine light (im in the process of fixing the one it has). The purge valve was removed (fuel related emissions) so there is a check engine light on for this. I am in the process of figuring out a way to fix this. Because it has an OBD1 ECU, and OBD1 conversion, there will not be any check engine lights once I fix it.

Want to sell this so I can buy the miata turbo listed by turbofan. He debated a trade, but no go :(

Haha yeah I bet. Just need to get someone to buy it. It's not QUITE what I am looking for. I decided on either a 4cyl turbo, or a V8 is what I am looking at. The 6 is great, but it just doesn't fit me quite right driving wise.

Bump, would also consider trades for a built motor turbo miata (must have receipts). Preferable NB.

As it sits with the current setup. Not sure why the thread title lists sold, the car is very much for sale.
