1999 Mazda Miata turbocharged 8000 OBO So cal

Car:
99 miata touring model with 10x,xxx miles owned by old lady for 95,000+ miles. Selling it because I am going up north for a longtime and won't need my car to take up space at home, plus this will pay the bills.

Looking to get 8000 OBO dollars or trade for a lesser value car with cash on top (at least 3500 and your car)...test drive can be given if you have all the cash on hand or your trade + cash.

Pros:
Oil was just changed and approximately 10,000 miles ago, I replaced headgasket, timing belt, tension pulley, water pump, and Valve cover gasket
Rear brakes were changed approximately 12,000 miles ago and fronts were changed 3,000 miles ago
Compression check was done 3,000 miles ago and all the numbers were perfect, you can feel free to check them when you come over.
AC & Power steering are both functional and still work great
Car handles like it is on rails
Car is babied because it is my only car at the time
Cons:
Driver's seat has a tear in the "butt part" that was patched but is now coming undone…easy fix
Soft top has tears, but I can include a clean new one with the sale…but the hardtop is on the car and off when you want convertible so it doesn’t matter.
Hardtop works but needs to be sanded and repainted, its pretty beat up but it does not leak at all.
Front bumper has some paint chipping from stupid so cal driving
