I have a 1998 Subaru Legacy GT for sale, in USA - Maryland.

Mileage: 89,xxx miles
Engine Size: 2.5L


Asking price is $2500




1998 Legacy GT Wagon, 5MT - 89k miles on the chassis (VIN: 4S3BK6752W7304471), some minor body damage on the rear doors, NO RUST. I purchased this car outside of Philadelphia about 3 months ago, with all the damage seen. What I didn't realize is that this car was not originally a 5MT. I later found this out while looking at the VIN plate in the engine bay. No big deal. The car now is a 5MT. I am supposedly owner #3. The interior of the car is in VERY good condition 7 out 10. The exterior is an 6 out of 10 (due to the doors mainly)

Now onto the bad: The engine threw a rod on Monday. I know of someone one the Subie boards selling an EJ25D which would be a good addition to this car, or if you're looking to swap, I know of a couple places that have EJ205s up for sale (one guy was willing to do $2800 for a full harness, ECU, crossmember, EJ205, etc out of an 05 WRX wagon for me).

Pics are below. Please note the JDM GTB limited bumper and the 02 WRX wheels will NOT be sold with the car. It will be sold with the USDM 2.5GT front bumper and the 16" snowflakes. What it will have as far as mods: is a Kartboy SS, WRX pedals, Honda Pilot rear wiper, OEM all season mats, Whiteline Anti-lift kit, Exedy Stg 1 clutch, and 11lb LW flywheel. EDIT: It also has an 06 STi exhaust that I had to have custom fitted. It's not 100% (he didn't line up the exhaust tip with the hole...as you can see), but it's about 98%. I had the tip extended to fit the wagon and a few other things. About $150 in labor, plus the price of the exhaust.

I am asking $2500 OBO for the car. This is a starting point and please make me an offer if you are interested. I feel that it is fair considering the car has NO rust on it, and the body work is minor.
