Price dropped to $6k FIRM

So I am getting out of cars, and need to sell my Miata. I did not build this car, I took it as a partial trade towards my LS1 240sx since I couldnt get anyone to pay a reasonable amount straight up for that car. I have built a Miata from stock in the past, so I know a decent bit about them though I've been away for a few years. This car has quality parts, and appears to have been built with care. The Hydra is running the FM basemap which is great but sometimes has a high idle, or hunts at idle. Runs great anywhere off idle, and sometimes it idles perfect as well. With that said if I were keeping the car a dyno tune would be my only change (and raise it, but to each their own). The turn signals are back in now, and almost all trim pieces, interior, etc is included (no soft top and no cluster hood)

FM2 kit, hydra standalone running a base map, fun little car great for autocross, hpde, drift, or just drive it on the street. It's a 1990 miata with 78k on the chassis and 13k on the rebuilt 1999 1.8 engine. NO RUST anywhere on this car paint is good but there are some dents, scratches and scuffs over the bumpers, doors and front fender, quarters are clean.
Interior
-Gutted nothing is in the car that isn't nessesary have all interior sealed and most bolts labeled by location
-sparco six point harnesses both side
- sparco sprint drivers side hard mounted for max head room
- corbeau on custom bracket on the passenger. Has seen better days
-boost gauge and egt

-rota grids 15x8 flat black et0
-rota subzero 14x7 et25
-front tires are toyo proxes r888 195/50r15

Powertrain
- 1999 1.8l motor with 12k all emissions equipment has been deleted. also no AC
-super clean custom harness
- full fm2 kit with 2 1/2" to 3" exhaust to pervent boost creep
-using hydra nemesis for engine management with internal wideband
-ls2 coils with ngkr race plugs wired in sequentail
-rc 550cc injections also wired in sequentail
-fidenza flywheel and spec stage 2 clutch
-extended ss slave cylinder line
-m-tune coolant reroute
-griffin raditor
-flyin miata fan shroud stage 2
-moroso catch can
-turbosmart boost controller
-turbosmart kompact bypass valve
-acl main bearing and reringed stock pistons
-arp head studs
-full gasket kit and maintenace item done with rebuild
-oil done every 1.5k or sooner/ before track days
-mazda comp engine mounts also have soild AWR ones I've never used
-stock 5 speed trans shifts great. used red line MTL repladed every other event/ every two months or so
-1.8 driveshaft and axles
-2002 1.8 rear diff overhauled in the last 2k with a OS Giken lsd with OS Giken fluid changed every event sense rebuild
-AWR solid diff mounts
Suspension
-stance frt. 8k rear.6k
-max steering angle knuckles from Danny George
-complete energy susp. bushings all around
-racing beat soild and adjustable swaybars and with adjustable endlinks(tuned for slight oversteer)
-cannon rear diff brace
-de powered rack for more angle and less BS

Price dropped to $6k FIRM... seems like a reasonable deal to me, am I way off base here or is the market just a little slow right now? I have had many emails and texts but no buyer... maybe it's just too freakin hot out

Was going to see if you had any interest in parting out the hardtop, but I guess without a soft top that is kind of hard lol. GLWS.
