If it were closer, I'd low-ball him if it didn't look too rough. I'd steal the top and some of the interior bits that were in better shape than mine, swap the damaged panels, clean it up, and sell it on m.net.

Isn't that the one that some douche here was trying to sell? I seem to recall a beat to **** LE that was bashed in the doors... (I think I ran him off ?)
