Hahaha. Apparently its a 4th amendment violation to spy on senators and their committes, but not on US citizens?

ON CIA spying on Feinstein and Senate Intelligence Committee:
"I have grave concerns that the CIA's search may well have violated the separation of powers principles embodied in the United States Constitution,"

On NSA spying on 'Murica:
“lawful, effective and constitutional”

In the Constitution's articles defining the separation of powers, I'm having trouble finding the part that details the CIA. Perhaps Feinstein could point it out for us commoners.
