Default Taxpayer Subsidized Campaigning

Is anyone else just a little irked that Obama is using our money to begin campaigning for his reelection? Squandering millions for his trips to South Florida and Puerto Rico to try to drum up some support when our economy is in the ******* is a bit excessive, no?

I believe previous presidents have done so but I thought CHANGE was promised? I thought electing a person of color would break up the old boys club.
