Forbes article linking antidepressants and murderous violence taken down
This Forbes article connecting anti-depressants to crazed shooters was immediately taken down. Why?

I don't necessarily think the gov is trying to turn America into a "police state". Something along the likes of "Pharmaceutical companies are trying to suppress the fact that SSRI's are a common denominator because evidence suggesting that your drug turns depressed people into spree killers is inherently bad for business, not to mention, its hard to sell drugs to somebody who just went out Kurt Cobain style after shooting up a mall" that line of reasoning is a bit easier to swallow.

SSRI's cause all sorts of difficult behavior. What it comes down to is that it gives that person a case of the screwits. Don't want to do something? Screw it. Wanna do something, but the consequences are bad? Screw it. Do it anyway.
Sometimes it happens on a small scale. My has been on and off SSRIs. She has always been something of a health and nutrition freak, but she used to get these tubs of cotton candy and eat the whole thing in a sitting. She wanted it, so she just said screwit and ate it. Now that she is off the medicine, she eats two bites and says "this crap is gonna kill me and my teeth, that's enough." and stops.
I've seen SSRI's also linked to infidelity in relationships and haphazardly quitting jobs and such. They say "this girl is hot and wants me. I have a wife but screwit who cares."
Cool story, I know, but it illustrates the mindset that often occurs with SSRIs. Obviously some people are affected differently, but there's no real way to know how it will affect a person until they take them, and it's obvious that it has a profound and lasting effect on someone's behavior.
