In general when most states have a nationalized oil industry, the States simply contract out to bigger international firms to do all the actual production and running of things. Most states don't have the knowledge or expertise to actually get the oil. Venezuela is a country who has slowly kicked out private firms and their production has steadily fallen as they don't actually know how to run an oil field.
Because its so much easier to get into iraq when you say they did it. How else are we suppose to get their oil?

Actually the reason why i havent installed them is because its just one more thing i'll need to swap over when i gotta pass emissions. Sigh.
Extremely noticeable chromatic aberration, particularly in the red/white background transitions, despite no obvious barrel distortion. I'm extremely curious to know what lens was being used there.
