For years, refining companies kept stuffing more and more capacity in existing facilities rather than fight the environmentalists for a new plant. To me this is an indication of a shift. It also shows that Shell, at least, believes that fracking is here to stay.
Of minor interest to me is that this raw material is more ethane than methane, which is more commonly the major constituent of natural gas.

Also, everyone and their dog is building crackers right now. The location, mind you, is a little interesting as its not on the gulf coast with all the others.
And yes, gas crackers feedstocks are generally ethane or propane (or a mix of the two) with liquid crackers running on naptha feeds.

An ill Hillary Clinton abruptly left a 9/11 anniversary ceremony Sunday and needed to be held up by three people before she appeared to stumble off a curb and was helped into a van. Several hours later, her campaign revealed she had been diagnosed with pneumonia on Friday and advised to rest.
Clinton's doctor said the former secretary of state had become overheated and dehydrated at the event in lower Manhattan.
The physician said Clinton has had an allergy-related cough
Clinton's doctor reported she is fully recovered from the concussion, which led to temporary double vision and discovery of a blood clot in a vein in the space between her brain and skull. Clinton also has experienced deep vein thrombosis, a clot usually in the leg, and takes the blood thinner Coumadin to prevent new clots.
"It was stiflingly hot. I was sweating through my shirt," Crowley said. "I had to leave myself. I drank about a gallon of water."

Most "liberals" want to move this country closer to European style socialism. In Milo's rant he lumps the US and Europe together and describes the liberal wonderland as this:
and the left's response to this is to tear down the institutions and principles that gave them those rights and return our countries to the sort of chaos and war mongering and internal divisions that exists in the rest of the world. Where women are forced to wear veils and have acid thrown in their faces. Where gays are hanged from cranes. Where people kill each other over political disputes in the street.
I'm still trying to figure out how he thinks an economic policy (capitalism... or what we call capitalism in this country) is in any way related to social issues like the right to vote or gay rights (which we lagged behind our evil socialist European counterparts on).

Not even in the mood to care whether that's satirical or not. Didn't watch.
Steven A. Jacobson, transmitter chief at WPIX-TV, would have been one of my employees if I'd have been at PIX in 2001. He was on 1 WTC 110th when it went down, along with five other engineers.
I was there the morning before, doing contract work for WKCR-FM. Two of the guys on my crew were supposed to have been there that morning, only the chief's daughter caught a cold the night before and he was late getting into the city, so the crew all went to the studio at Broadway & 114th that morning instead.
It's still a painful subject, and these so-called "truthers" are one of the only bunch of randoms in existence who genuinely make me want to hurt someone.
