Can you guys tell if these are AN fittings?
Sorry for all the threads today. in this picture, on the fittings coming from the Y pipe, do those male fittings look like AN or NPT thread? Now that I look at it it may be AN. Would that be a -3 size? I know the nozzles are 1/8 npt (which are about the same size as the fittings), and wiki says 1/8 is a -3 an.

yup AN. not sure which size though. The other side of those fittings are NPT though. Keep in mind the NPT numbers have nothing to do with their diameter.
for example, 1/8" NPT has a diameter of 13/32"
Plumbing store pipe thread sizing
use that for reference and finding a similar AN size

Someone found out that household gas lines are similar to AN flare, must have been at Home Depot to also pick up a galvanized pipe fitting. Not exactly what I'd want on a car, galvi corrodes in methanol pretty quickly, and does similar in plain water. Don't forget to thread tape all that plumbing (lol).
One side is national pipe thread taper (NPT) and the other is gas line flare. Gas lines are a 45 degree tape, whereas real AN is a 37 degree taper. I don't think they are compatible, get some real AN fittings and connection, that hardware stuff belongs in the walls of your house, not on a car.
Those might be NPT to AN fittings, as they are hugely thick as opposed to gas lines. I can't even figure where NPT belongs on a car, its a interference fit and deforms horrendously, not good for a car where structural integrity matters.

That line looks like -03 or -4 max. Household plumbing stuff will be 45 degree flare which does not provide a ton of contact area to seal with against 37 degree flare AN stuff.
