Default Turbo won't boost :( need help

So im new here, and accidentally posted this in the classifieds the first time ...
Anyway I have a 1990 Mazda Miata with a TD04H turbo. The turbo stopped producing boost last night and I'm not sure why. The compressor spins but it looks pretty beaten up. Can I rebuild it myself? Should I just buy a new turbo? I just need some help going on the right direction thanks

You can rebuild yourself...but if the compressor fins are all messed up, it's junk.
TD-04, is this a greddy kit?

If you do rebuild it don't buy the cheap ebay crap, get the MHI rebuild kit. Mitsubishi OEM parts.

I'm not sure the previous owner installed it...

Can I not replace the compressor fins if I were to rebuild it?
Where would be a good place to buy a new turbo?

Call them, tell them what you have.
No you can't replace fins...it's a whole new wheel you'll need.
Gpopshop might have everything you'll need.
Since I'm such a nice guy...I might even offer my rebuild services to you.

The best place to buy a turbo? Your moms house. Ask for me, aka "Dad". I sell turbos...I don't give them as your child support payment. Get a job and man up. This is why your name translates to "accident" in German.

There. Does that make you feel better?
