Default seal kit for turbo

I have a sleeve bearing turbo that came from FM about 7 years ago. this week it started leaking oil bwtn the turbine and the center section. Using a dental mirror and a flashlight I've been able to see it leak out at the botttom of that junction. I tried tightening the 4 bolts that hold the 2 sections together and even though I qas able to tighten them all about half a turn it hasn't helped.I looked at the 2 write ups in the archive section feel like I can handle the job , don't think I would really want to send it to someone I don't know. Who do you reccommend for the rebuild kit and any other suggestions?

I used a ebay rebuild kit for my garrett T3. Came with everything needed for like $80, and it was pretty easy for a first timer like myself.

gpopshop.com
The kits are cheap and you know you're getting quality parts.
