Smile Building turbo kit help...

ok so im kinda of new to this and i just bought a rebuilt t25 turbo of an sr20 turbo and i also got greddy
PRofec B-Spec2 boost controller, AEM Gauge-Type Wideband UEGO Controller, and boost guage to go with it, and i need some help finding a manifold and downpipe that would go with my car and turbo, also i was wondering if i can use my stock ecu and tuned it to go with the turbo ecu. And also if any one can help me to find the rest of the things i need for the set up..
thanks.

A lot of people will recommend BEGi who already makes a manifold and DP that'll work with that turbo.

you could go for the hks manifold but no one besides racing mazda (forget anything in a timely manner from them if at all) makes a dp for it.

the only real bolt on mani and dp combos are from begi or fm and if you feel like paying shipping AVO from down under (correct me if im wrong on that one).

As for the ecu thing judging from the price of the dp/mani comment, you might be going with the emanage blue or perhaps a megasquirt?

Most board members will tell you to get the emb or ms on there now and get it running NA before you bolt on the turbo, that way you can get it running with less compound issues, if something is amiss there are alot less things to look over when its N/A.

In my opinion unless you are doing the tuning yourself, there is no REAL need for the wideband, dyno operators will have one that they can tune the car with. Just my opinion.

what kind of boost you trying to run? bov from bosch can be had for 30. But 305's should suffice. Check RX-7 forums for hte larger injectors and send them to be cleaned.

does the '03 have a retrunless fuel system? if not I suggest you stick with OEM injectors, a new fuel pump and FMU.

idling 460 or 550cc injectors is not going to happen on the stock ECU, and it doesn't sound like you have the budget for an EMS.
