I reused my FM intercooler piping because it had the outlets for the BOV and IAC hose. It doesn't fit quite right in my current configuration, and was wondering what everyone does for this pipe? Where do you get a generic one, or how do you hook up your BOV and IAC hose on your diy setups?

Stick a little filter on the end and don't tie it into the charge piping... welcome to the beauty of a MAP sensor.

Many people experience leaking under boost @ the IACV. Do you like boost leaks? I certainly don't.

Here is what I did:

If I had to do it again, I would have welded or jb-welded a fitting directly into the IACV and gone from there. Stepping it down to 3/8 fuel hose allows for a much more flexibility without kinking.

You can buy generic BOV adapter pipes that come with a flange welded on. Pretty sure you can get SSQV or Greddy style ones from ebay, siliconeintakes, etc. I forget exactly where I got my adapter pipe for the 50mm Tial flange but my recollection was I had to search around for one that was "only" 2.5" pipe. Just get one of those generic pipes (~$20) and then add a barb to connect to the IACV.

I bought a pipe for a bov from ebay and got a temp sensor bung welded on there. I wish i had also gotten a 1/8-3/16 bung welded on there for the wastegate so its measing psi around the TB, not the turbo outlet.

This could be used to plumb the IAC line and IAT sensor.

If you look top/center of the picture, you can see my SSQV. I used a pipe similar to triple88a's except flanged for an HKS valve.

That's just another one of the things that my car used to have.

I have done the same apart from I used a check valve (marine type) seems to work fine.
For my Iat I tapped the inlet much bigger than needed and used a nylon adaptor to stop the heat soak, seems to work fine too...
The BOV is directly on the intercooler, but because I went over the top of the rad with my pipes it is still pretty close to the TB.

(these things were done before I read this forum, Probably not ideal but they work)
